Dvardala Hunting & Forest Axe (841780) by Hultafors.
Hultafors axes are hand-forged from quality Swedish steel at the Hults Bruk forge in the Swedish province of Östergötland. The forging technique dates back to 1697.
The Dvardala axe is ideal for outdoor activities and use in forests. It features a well-proportioned hand grip and a semi-straight edge, making it suitable for precision tasks such as carving or building shelters and fire pits. The head is slightly thicker in the middle, providing good splitting capability, and is suitable for lighter forestry tasks like clearing a path or a fire line.
The Dvardala axe is a tool appreciated by hunters, as it can also be used for processing game on site. The axe is named after Dvardala, the ancient name for the forest area north of Hults Bruk.
