Although the people of Grand Cathay widely speak of the “Terracotta Sentinels,” only those who stand guard along the Great Bastion are made from this magically charged red earth. Sentinels can be constructed from any stone, usually matching the land they protect.

Regardless of their construction material, they are terrifying in battle—almost impervious to physical attacks and capable of decimating entire formations of troops with each strike of their massive weapons.
