Specifications
Translucent patina color based on water suitable for decorative techniques. It can be mixed with any other Tommy Art patina (white, black, gray). Typically, after the patina dries, the surface is sanded with sandpaper to achieve an aged appearance. The amount of patina can be adjusted while it is still wet by removing it with a cotton cloth and the clear wax, leaving color only in specific areas.
In contrast to waxes that do not allow the application of any other material on top of them, with patinas it is possible to continue creative decorative techniques, such as stenciling, decoupage, etc. After completing the technique, it is recommended to use a protective medium, such as a wax or varnish. Good mixing is required before use.
