Romed Medical Scalpels are sterile surgical scalpels with a plastic handle made from high-quality steel. The scalpels are suitable for all incisions of skin, tissues, organs, muscles, and ligaments. They offer excellent cutting ability and an ergonomic, sturdy plastic handle for a good grip. The blade is sterilized by gamma radiation and comes in individual packaging.

• Blade thickness: 0.37 - 0.42 mm.
• Central cutting edge and tight fit on the corresponding handle base.
• Well-defined, central, and sharp blade edge with smooth surfaces.
• Finished, smooth handle with appropriate engraved grips.
• Blade hardness: 750 - 850 HV, with a minimum hardness of 500 HV.
• The blade does not have notches of 0.10 mm or more.
• Expiration date: 5 years after sterilization.
• Blade composition: stainless steel 07Cr18Ni9.
