Description & Specifications

The Katy Sue mold allows you to create an elegant mermaid tail. It offers the option to use a flat back or to shape pieces back to back for a full three-dimensional tail. Its highly detailed design produces perfect results, ideal for cakes, cupcakes, and many other creations.

Features:

  • Easy to use with fondant, gum paste, modeling paste, marzipan, chocolate, caramel, and boiled sugar.
  • Also suitable for craft projects with cold porcelain, salt dough, air-drying clay, and relief printing powder.
  • It is recommended to use the mold exclusively for either food or crafts, not both.

Usage instructions: Push the fondant into the mold without overfilling. Scrape off the excess to reveal the outline of the design. Lift and gently release the decoration. Dust with cornflour for better release.

Preparation: Wash and dry the mold thoroughly before use. The mold is oven safe (up to 200°C/392°F) and suitable for the dishwasher.
