recommended by a friend who uses it okay I take it before sleep at night i.e. and yes the first time I took it for 30 days it worked as my friend described to me now I took it again after 15-20 days again for relaxation and depending on the day the workout the intensity etc. it does something not like before now though I take it every other day !
