Powder eyeshadow, intensely enriched with pigments to achieve a soft glow or an impressive, bright, dramatic effect.

• Dry application: Place a small amount in the container lid, swirl the brush around to pick up the color, and remove any excess. Tap onto the eyelid until fully covered and then blend. This method produces a shiny, subtle color. The color can be built up in layers with a good quality eyeshadow brush. Blending other colors is much easier.
• Wet application: Dampen the brush and absorb any excess water with a paper towel. Place a small amount in the container lid, load the brush, and remove any excess. Glide over the eyelid. This method produces a more intense color, higher coverage, and greater adhesion.
