The powder eyeshadow is intensely enriched with pigments to achieve a soft glow or an impressive, bright, dramatic effect.

• Dry application: Put a little in the lid of your container, swirl the brush around to pick up the color and remove any excess. Tap onto your eyelid until fully covered. This method produces a luminous, subtle color.
• Wet application: Dampen your brush and absorb any excess water. Load the brush with color and remove any excess. Glide over the eyelid for more intense color and higher coverage.

The main advantage of dry application is that blending other colors is much easier.
