Valpolicella, a fine wine from the renowned region of Italy. The Ripasso process, a second fermentation on the Amarone grape lees, offers depth to the character and structure of the wine. The wine is characterized by:

  • Deep ruby color, a sign of its complexity.
  • Bouquet rich in red berries, plums, and spicy herbs, with notes of chocolate, tobacco, and mineral elements.
  • Impeccable structure on the palate, with velvety tannins and balanced acidity.

It is recommended to consume 30 minutes after opening the bottle for optimal taste.

Ideally pairs with:

  • Grilled red meats and sausages such as beef fillet or ribeye.
  • Pasta with rich sauces, such as tagliatelle with ragout or pappardelle with mushrooms and truffle.
