  • Ability to be used in many techniques:
  • drawing
  • outlines
  • creating large uniform color gradients as the colors blend together (blending)
  • painting with splashes and dripping color (splashes and dripping)
  • the color can be reworked even after it has dried as it can be dissolved with turpentine, allowing for shading and more transparent tones
