The winery was founded in early 1958 by the Santero brothers, Leopoldo, Renzo, Aldo, and Adelio. It is located in the heart of a vine-growing area, in a corner of Piemonte between Langhe and Monferrato. A story spanning half a century, characterized by a passion for viticulture, specialized winemaking management, and a love for wine and sparkling wine. The winery processes not only the grapes grown in the 5 Santero farms but also grapes from over three hundred local grape growers.
