Produced from 100% Riesling with a very long maceration and slow fermentation on the lees, it has a full and honeyed body. Its olfactory dimension includes intense aromas of fruits such as peach, apple, pear, and tropical fruits, embraced by notes of vanilla, flowers, and toasted bread. Harmonious and elegant structure on the palate with refined acidity and a decisive aftertaste with mineral elements and a pleasant, sweet sensation of dried fruits. A particularly interesting experience. It can be aged for 10-15 years!
