Optibac - Bifido & Fiber combines the well-researched probiotic strain Bifidobacterium lactis BB-12 (25 billion per dose) with 4g of prebiotic fiber FOS to naturally boost friendly gut bacteria and help combat occasional constipation.

Why should I choose it?

  • Provides 4g of prebiotic fiber. The International Scientific Association for Probiotics and Prebiotics (ISAPP) recommends a minimum daily intake of 3-5g of fermentable fibers.
  • B. lactis BB-12 has been shown to stimulate immune responses, including immunoglobulins and cytokines.

Instructions: For adults and children over 3 years: 1 sachet per day. If required or as directed by a healthcare professional, the daily dose can be increased to 4 sachets per day. Not suitable for children under 1 year old.
