General notes regarding spacers: Eibach spacers are designed based on standard wheels. If alternative or limited-edition wheels are used, especially those with supplied protrusions on the axles (wheel support with screws), it is essential to check whether the wheels meet the required technical specifications. In case of modifications made to the vehicle or additional equipment (this also applies to original products optionally offered by the vehicle manufacturer!), such as reinforced brake systems, central hole screw support, sport suspensions, LPG installations, etc., it is likely that the installation of our products may not be feasible. Be informed that the larger the wheel size, the more sensitive the steering system will react after the installation of the spacers (e.g., through vibrations) in case of poor wheel balancing.
Spacers must be installed manually - avoid using electric or pneumatic tools, as this may result in inadequate placement of the spacers, which can cause unpleasant vibrations while driving.
Since March 2011, the use of Pro-Spacer spacers in combination with steel wheels is prohibited unless stated otherwise in the approval.
All centering and mounting elements must be removed from the surface of the axle (support screws, clamps, or rings from the disc or brake drum).
To install the spacer rings, the wheels must have appropriate recesses to accommodate the "heads" of the screws (e.g., screw length - 25mm, spacer thickness - 10mm, overall - 15mm, which must fit into the wheel recess (min. 16mm). Additionally, such a recess must have minimum dimensions of 22x22mm to conceal the screw. NOTE: when installing 15mm spacers, a minimum recess of 5mm must be maintained, as the screws will protrude above the surface!
