I bought it because the combination of ports (especially the USB-C) and the built-in cube-shaped switch suited me incredibly well. On paper, it’s the perfect power strip, but in practice it disappoints.
It emits a continuous, relentless high-pitched noise (coil whine), especially when it’s on standby without charging anything. It never stops. In fact, I replaced it with a new unit under warranty, and the second one sounded even louder. The noise is quite noticeable and annoying, to the point that you can’t even have it in the bedroom while sleeping, or in the office because it distracts you while studying.
A shame, because as a design it’s very convenient, but the quality control of its electronics is unacceptable. I do not recommend it if you want peace and quiet.
Το αγόρασα επειδή με βόλευε απίστευτα ο συνδυασμός των θυρών (ειδικά η USB-C) και ο ενσωματωμένος διακόπτης σε σχήμα κύβου. Στα χαρτιά είναι το τέλειο πολύπριζο, αλλά στην πράξη απογοητεύει.
