This is the second computer I have bought from this company, and with the first purchase I made of another computer, not the same one, I had the same issue: the screen would not turn on and the peripherals would not work, and I had to turn it off 1-2 times for it to work properly. Anyway, they apparently did not notice this and are sending it back to me, telling me there is no issue and that they cannot send my money back. Never buy anything from such a company if they are going to arrive with problems and you have to send it back and they tell you there is no fault. Just shameful
