The BLACKplus series by Risoli is made from 6mm thick cast aluminum and features the new generation El Diamant coating, which offers excellent scratch resistance and non-stick properties. The El Diamant coating ensures healthy cooking without the use of fat, preserving the nutritional values of the food.

Care: Wash the cookware with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge, dry them thoroughly, and coat them with butter or oil before use.
