Instructions for optimal thermal performance of the product: Before use, preheat/cool the container: fill it with boiling/cold water, then close the lid. Wait at least 30 seconds. Press the middle button, unscrew the lid, and empty the water. Fill the bento with hot/cold food. If reheating is needed before placing in the bento, use a microwave for more even temperature, thus improving heat retention. Completely fill the container: the fuller it is, the more effective it is at retaining temperature. Quickly close the lid after filling: to limit heat/freshness loss. Tighten the lid properly. Avoid opening the bento before eating: each opening causes heat/freshness loss. Keep at room temperature (at least 21 °C) to maintain warmth/cold (maximum 15 °C) to stay cool. Stir well before eating for a more even meal temperature.
