Description

Centine takes its name from the arches at the entrances of many rustic Italian homes scattered throughout the countryside. Symbolically, Centine is considered the gateway to Banfi wines. The winding cypress-lined road depicted on the label leads to the 12th-century castle of the estate.

The fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and then ages in stainless steel tanks for about two months. A wine synonymous with freshness, which is also expressed in the greenish reflections in the glass.

Aromas of white-fleshed fruits, citrus, and floral notes make up the olfactory profile. On the palate, it is vibrant with good acidity and a pleasant aftertaste of fresh fruit notes, such as peach, pear, and citrus.
