With the Kitchen Mandoline V6 in the Basic version, you have the ability to slice in 3 sizes (1.3 mm, 3.5 mm, and 4.5 mm).
The V6 features built-in rubber feet that ensure good grip during cutting for more stability, as well as an ergonomic handle that makes handling the slicer easier.
Thanks to the V-shaped stainless steel blades, cutting with the V6 is precise, efficient, and reliable. With the Kitchen Mandoline V6, you can slice in three sizes and cut into sticks and cubes in two sizes. The Cutting Insert defines the thickness of the slices as thin or thick. The Cutting and Safety Insert provides medium thickness slices on one side and isolation of the blades on the other.
With the V6, you perfectly slice cabbage for coleslaw, as well as tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, and eggplants for recipes like moussaka or gratin.
