These random movements of the base due to eccentricity prevent the development of high temperatures, reducing the risk of burning the varnish and causing damage. Reduced vibrations and quiet operation with POLYSYNTHEC™ gears

A key innovation of the Mark V is the use of composite POLYSYNTHEC™ toothed wheels, which offer superior wear resistance even in the most demanding working conditions. These gears are lighter than traditional metal gears and require less lubrication, thus improving engine performance and reducing energy loss. The result is a drastic reduction in vibrations and noise, enhancing comfort during prolonged use. The reduction of vibrations is particularly important as it allows the operator to maintain a more stable grip, improving the precision of movements and the quality of polishing. Another notable innovation is the low center of gravity of the Mark V polishers.
