Very good and boils well. 10 minutes in boiling water. Rinse well to remove as much starch as possible. Then sauté strongly in oil, add boiling water just enough to cover it, cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes on the smallest burner. On the gas stove I have, on the coffee burner at the lowest setting.
