Review this product
  • I won’t comment negatively on its appearance, but on its functionality, which is more important... I had a PC system for almost 5 years that worked flawlessly with 2 different CPUs and 4 GPUs... Until two months ago, I had an MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS, RYZEN 5 5600 WITH STOCK COOLER, 4X8GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE 3200MHz CL16, CORSAIR TX750M, which was replaced with a BE QUIET POWER ZONE 2 1000W this January, and an RTX 5070 TI... I switched to an AM5 system and set up my old build for my parents, and the only changes were putting my old CORSAIR TX750M power supply back in and adding an RX 7600... I was sure the system had no issues because I tested it fairly often and it had been working flawlessly for years... So I set up the system in the new case, and as soon as I turned on the PC and ran an OCCT power test or CPU+RAM test, the screen simply froze and I had no idea what could be causing it... It also froze in the same way, or very rarely restarted by itself, when I tried to launch CoD Warzone, which is CPU-bound and was also trying to compile the shaders, but failed every time... The GPU test in OCCT passed because the 8-pin cable connects directly to the card and not through the motherboard, where the short circuit was occurring... Anyway, after two 12-hour sessions spent troubleshooting, the case turned out to be the problem... I did two fresh installs of Windows 11 and updated the BIOS 3 times, along with hardware changes and quite a few changes to the BIOS settings, but none of that was the issue.... When the motherboard was under load and needed power, a current leak started somewhere in the circuit, which didn’t happen at idle; the case was getting energized all over and shorting out the system... Since nothing got damaged, we’re okay... The truth is, it caused a little instability with the RAM when I enabled the XMP profile, but I hadn’t run this particular OCCT test on the old build, so it may have been due to having 4 RAM sticks... This was my experience with this case, and of course I’ll be sending it back... It looks nice, but if it causes problems, it’s no good! If this ever happens to you, where your screen restarts or freezes, before trying to replace any part of your computer, just test the components outside the case on top of the motherboard’s cardboard box, on a desk... Many people recommend doing this anyway, especially when the parts are new, before putting everything inside the case, and after 4 PC builds, I can say they’re right... The error in Windows says Kernel power 41... Good luck to everyone with whatever you buy, and my advice is to buy something that may be a little more expensive, but is from a reputable brand... Not just for PCs, but in general!
