AQUAFERM STAINBLOCK is an acrylic stain-blocking primer for interior and exterior use. It is suitable for blocking stains from nicotine, markers, smoke, moisture, lipstick, extracts from tropical woods, and other pollutants.

It is required to be applied on all surfaces that need a stain-blocking primer before applying plastic, acrylic, water-based varnishes, or decorative paints. It seals the surface and has high coverage, offering a high-quality finish. It is practically odorless.

Preparation:

• Remove loose or peeling paints, dust, oils, salts, and mold. Surfaces must be clean and dry.
• Fill in various surface defects.
• Prime locally with S57 PRIMER. Apply S57 PRIMER over the entire surface.

Usage:

• Application with a roller, brush, or spray gun. Dilution with 0-10% water (DEIONIZED).
• Stir well before use and during application.
• Apply in one or two coats with a roller, brush, or spray gun with dilution of 0-10% water (DEIONIZED).

Drying - Performance:

• The ambient temperature and the thickness of the coating determine the drying time required.
• Surface drying: 1-2 hours.
• Recoat time: 4-24 hours.
• Coverage: 12-16m²/L, depending on the thickness of each coat and the absorbency of the surface.
