Features:

Ready-to-use artificial bark applied with a brush at pruning or grafting points and on bark injuries. It is an elastic, microporous film that supports the proliferation of callus tissue.

Dosage - Methods of Use:

• Grafting: Cover the grafting point with CORTEXA by carefully applying it with a brush or spatula, creating a thin and even layer. For best results, apply at moderate temperatures, avoiding excessive heat and direct sunlight exposure. Avoid application in rainy conditions. Ensure a secure bond at the grafting point.
• Pruning: For large pruning cuts: Make smooth and sloped cuts to allow water to drain. Spread CORTEXA in an even layer of 2-3 mm thickness. For larger injuries, repeat the application after the first layer has dried.
• Plant Injuries: Carefully clean the wound with appropriate tools to expose healthy wood. Smooth the surfaces, avoiding abrasions that may retain water. Apply CORTEXA in an even layer of 2-3 mm. For large wounds, repeat the process after 2 hours, once the first layer has dried.
