    Easy assembly, it has cast iron grates and reached a temperature of 340°C in a very short time with both burners on full... for the first lighting/seasoning.
    During cooking, after preheating and searing, I turned the heat down a lot and thus did not have any serious flare-ups. Also, I should mention that the stainless steel handle of the lid never got hot.
    Very good construction and materials for the money it costs.
    For the first test, I grilled pork belly, country-style rooster, sausages... everything turned out excellent.
    Easy to clean as well.
