First stage: The coconut shell-coated carbon filter provides effective reduction of chlorine, organic substances, certain pesticides, and improves the taste and smell of the filtered water.

Second stage: The polyphosphate crystals dissolve in water and coat elements such as iron, calcium, magnesium, etc., preventing the formation of sediment and the known issues related to hard water, such as scale formation in pumps and washing machine heating elements. It protects the washing machine and dishwasher from the scale caused by water.
