The CableMod C-Series Pro ModMesh 12VHPWR to 3x PCI-e power cable is designed for use with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4000 series graphics cards and features a new 16-pin connector (12+4-pin) according to the PCIe 5.0 standard. This connector is also referred to as 12VHPWR.

Important Notes: To operate correctly, all 8-pin connectors must be connected to the power supply. The distance between the graphics card connector and the side surface should be at least 4 to 4.5 cm. There is also a requirement that the cable should only bend within 35 mm from the connector on the GPU. Make sure the 12+4 pin connector is fully and securely seated in the graphics card socket.
