Overall, I feel that it does help with energy and mood. I am not sure if it affects weight loss or hair strengthening. I would also like to know if I can take it continuously or if a break is needed after a period of continuous use.

I really wasted my money...the first month I thought, okay, I need to give it time...the second month ended as well...I saw absolutely no difference. The same Hashimoto's symptoms. Unfortunately, I was influenced by a well-known platform where an 'expert' recommended it.

It is still early for definitive conclusions, but I feel a slight improvement in energy/well-being and I have not had any side effects so far. I don't know if it's a placebo effect but after 2 months of taking them I saw a noticeable difference! Fatigue and mood swings have significantly decreased. My metabolism may have also been helped as I saw weight loss without changing anything in my diet/exercise routine.
