The Gregory Nano 16 backpack is suitable for hiking, day trips and everyday use. It has a main compartment with a lid, central buckle and drawstring closure, as well as a zippered top pocket with a key clip. The reinforced mesh back panel features ventilation channels, while the loops on the shoulder straps make it easy to route a hydration system hose.

The body is made from 210D nylon with 40% recycled content and 450D polyester made from 100% recycled material. The base is made from 450D polyester made from 100% recycled material, and the lining is made from 135D polyester with 40% post-consumer recycled content. The fabrics have a PFAS-free DWR water-repellent coating, while the straps, hip belt and lumbar area feature perforated CLPE foam.
