Instructions for use:
- Apply the product undiluted on any hard, non-porous surface by spraying or using a clean cloth.
- Let it act for 5-15' to eliminate bacteria and fungi.
- In case of a dirty surface, clean it first with the product and then apply for disinfection.
- For small surfaces, apply the solution with a clean cloth or sponge.
- For utensils and equipment, let them soak in the sink and act for 15 minutes.
- Rinse with potable water only the surfaces or equipment that come into contact with food.
- Let them dry.
