E27 Installation: Direct installation in a standard socket without additional cables.
IMOU SENSE™ Technology: Accurate detection of people and vehicles in 0.02s.
Smart Full Color: Color night vision with a range of up to 25 meters.
IMOU SENSE™ & Smart Detection
With the IMOU SENSE™ artificial intelligence algorithm, you instantly recognize people and vehicles with 50% greater accuracy. Processing is completed in just 0.02 seconds, eliminating false alarms caused by branches or insects. This way, you receive notifications only when there is a real threat, maintaining full control of your space at all times.
Smart Full Color & Active Deterrence
You adjust night recording to your needs by choosing between 4 modes, with color recording up to 25 meters. At the same time, with the Active Deterrence function, the built-in siren and the 350 Lumens light are activated automatically as soon as suspicious movement is detected. This way, you deter intruders before they approach your property.
Full Coverage & Two-Way Audio
You control everything with 340° Pan rotation and 90° Tilt for complete 360-degree coverage without blind spots. You install the camera easily in any E27 socket and communicate both ways thanks to the built-in microphone and speaker. At the same time, you manage everything remotely from your mobile phone through the Imou Life app, wherever you are.

Users rate the camera very highly, praising its clear image and easy setup and operation in particular. They also mention good performance day and night, wide-angle coverage, and plenty of features. However, some point out inaccurate AI detections and notification delays.
Pros: Good resolution. AI works well for detecting people. RTSP and ONVIF support at such a low price. With a small microSD card, you won't need the subscription. Good Wi-Fi—in my case, in a straight line 8 meters from the router, it passes through 2 exterior walls and still has 50–60% signal strength and works without issues. Supports up to 6 viewers/mobile devices. Option to disable the status LED. Imou is a subsidiary of the well-known Dahua.
Cons: A lot of steps in the app during setup before the owner can view the image. It will pester you by strongly “suggesting” that you sign up for the cloud subscription service—I fortunately didn't. It's not PTZ since it has no zoom, only pan/tilt. At this price, we can't expect to have it all.
Recommendations: In the app's menus, buried in the submenus (see photo), you'll find a switch for the “advertisements.” You'll need the code engraved on the device, so take a photo of the back before installing it on the ceiling.
very good clarity, response and a good wide-angle lens that covers a fairly large area.
it has very good sensitivity, i.e. at the lowest level it activates easily.
it remains to be seen how long the card I inserted will last, whether it will still recognize it after some recordings and days.
for ~€32, very good.
The camera is much better than some Tapo. It connects very easily to its app. Of course, it has some Google Translate translations that are all over the place, but okay.
It's worth it
The AI notified me that a car passed through the living room. Also, in an area with zero movement, it was giving random alerts. I don't like that you have to pay separately for each camera and there isn't a package, for example, for 3 or 5 cameras. I consider this a drawback.
Very good, quality and does exactly what it says, this is the 6th imou I am buying, I have both a rotating one and a fixed one, this is the first rotating one with an E27 lamp base and it is amazing for its price and very quick in notifications and rotation
