Inspired by Celtic mythology in Roman Britain, Legends of Avallen is a role-playing game that takes you to a mystical island occupied by faithless invaders. For now, peace has been declared, but it balances on the edge of a sword, as everyone tries to tame the Otherworld—a parallel realm home to fae, demons, dragons, and gods.

Here the greatest legend emerges from humble beginnings, and yours will be no different. Start as a blacksmith, shepherd, merchant, or another basic profession before seeking to follow a legendary path, such as the Fae Touched, the Gladiator, or the Druid.

With an original set of rules that requires only a deck of regular playing cards, Legends of Avallen uses engaging mechanics that reward ingenuity.
