    The switch of one filter broke, resulting initially in it not opening and being useless, and then the metal filter simply fell off, and luckily it didn’t break the hob underneath.

    The company, for a 3-month-old product, asked me to pay for the spare part and the shipping from Thessaloniki... This is not acceptable. Never again. Good materials but terrible assembly. Attractive product but ultimately non-existent aftersales.
