Instructions for Use:

• Maintaining Sharpness: Place the blade in phase 2 and pull the blade from the base to the tip several times (up to 7 times) with light and even pressure. It is recommended to sharpen your knife once a week in phase 2.
• Sharpening Slightly Dull Knives: Place the blade in phase 1 and pull the blade several times (up to 7 times) from the base to the tip with light and even pressure. Repeat this process in phase 2.
• Sharpening Dull Knives: Place the blade in phase 0 and pull it several times (up to 7 times) from the base to the tip with light and even pressure. Repeat this process in phases 1 and 2.

After sharpening, clean the knife. Wipe the sharpener with a damp cloth.
