Vignobles Jalousie Beaulieu is a winery that produces high-quality wines using sustainable and traditional viticulture practices. It is known for its strong red wines and crisp white wines that are balanced and flavorful. The winery has a long history of winemaking expertise that is reflected in every bottle.

For the Bordeaux Rose (64% Cabernet Sauvignon 36% Cabernet Franc), the grapes are selected based on their aromatic potential by tasting the berries. After the removal of the stems, they are gently pressed in a pneumatic press under inert gas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (18-20°C).

Aging on the lees in airtight stainless steel tanks.
