Vignobles Jalousie Beaulieu is a winery that produces high-quality wines using sustainable and traditional viticulture practices.

The winery is known for its bold red wines and crisp white wines that are balanced and flavorful. The winery has a long history of winemaking expertise that is reflected in every bottle.

For the Bordeaux Blanc (63% Sauvignon Gris, 19% Sauvignon Blanc, 18% Sémillon), the grapes are harvested when they reach their perfect aromatic potential. Soaking of the grape skins under inert gas to extract the best properties of the grape skins, followed by a gentle crushing. Clarification of the juice followed by controlled temperature alcoholic fermentation (18°C). Aging on the lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
