Fazzini Italy Rescue Gurney. It is used for immobilizing patients from locations with difficult access such as: wells, holes, crashed vehicles, building debris, etc.
It can be used on injured patients with suspected spinal injuries, as it ensures their immobilization, covering the entire back and head of the patient.
Immediately after the rescue, the patient must be placed onto a "Plastic Backboard" or "Scoop" stretcher for continued transport to the ambulance.
