Due to work, we wanted internet access on the lower floor as well, but the signal did not reach there. The two apartments share a common electricity meter, but have different electrical panels. However, the shared wiring created the conditions for the device to work. One unit is placed directly into a socket near the router, preferably with an ethernet cable, and the other directly into a socket on the lower floor. The connection between them is immediate and devices that require internet can connect wirelessly without any issues. As for losses, we have a 300 Mbps fiber optic line, and the device provides a maximum speed of up to 30 Mbps in the lower area. It is highly recommended if you wish to connect between floors.
