The good news is that this particular fryer cooks exceptionally well. The bad news is that it stopped working after less than 2 years. It was still under warranty, and Skroutz replaced it. So far, so good; these things happen—that's what warranties are for. The bad news is that the replacement appliance arrived, worked once, and on the second use the touch buttons stopped responding. I have no choice but to send it back and wait for another replacement.
Update 17/9/2026: The machine was replaced and a new one arrived, but to my great surprise, it doesn't work. It will have to be replaced again.
Update 15/10/2026: The replacement was replaced, a new machine—and guess what: THIS ONE DOESN'T WORK EITHER!!!!!! This is clearly a faulty batch, but nobody is withdrawing it. I will now ask for a refund; we've been dealing with replacements for almost 2 months.
Update 21/10/2026: The official response from the service department is: “We would like to inform you that the Air Fryer R2882 has been inspected and is functioning normally, with no technical problem detected.
Specifically, the touchscreen, as well as all the buttons and the L-R functions you mentioned, are responding normally. To activate this particular function, you need to double-click, as was determined during the inspection of the appliance.”
On the internet and in the official user manuals published by the importing company (Vassilias SA) for the Rohnson / Ravolta R-2882, there is no official public announcement or documented user report of a mass software change requiring a double-click. The official English User Manual for the R-2882 specifically states the following about operating the double baskets: “If it is in double-basket mode, you need to click L or R first and then click...”. The word used is “click” (a single press), not “double click”.....
How am I supposed to know what applies when the same model has been working with a single press for 2 years????
Τα καλα νεα ειναι το συγκεκριμενο fryer ψηνει εξαιρετικα . Τα κακα νεα ειναι οτι μετα απο λιγοτερο απο 2 χρονια βγηκε off . Εντος εγγυησης και το Σκρουτζ το αντικατεστησε. Ως εδω μια χαρα , συμβαινουν αυτα , γιαυτο υπαρχουν οι εγγυησεις. Το κακο νεο ειναι οτι ηρθε η συσκευη αντικαταστασης , δουλεψε μια φορα και στην δευτερη χρηση τα touch κουμπια δεν "ακουν". Αναγκαστικά την επιστρεφω πισω και αναμενω νεα συσκευη.
Update 17/9/2026 : Εγινε αλλαγη του μηχανηματος και ηρθε καινουργιο , αλλα προς μεγαλη εκπληξη μου δεν λειτουργει, θα πρεπει να γινει εκ νεου αντικατασταση.

So, I have had it for a year and it developed a fault in one of the bins! It showed that it was open and so the machine did not work at all! I spoke with the store where I bought it and they brought me a new one since it was under warranty! I hope it doesn't have this problem again! The 5 stars are because the machine is very good in general and because the service was extremely helpful and they replaced it immediately!

Easy to use and clean. I ran it empty a few times without food and the factory smells went away. The only annoying thing I would say is the sound it makes when you select a program, temperatures, times, etc., it is somewhat loud and there is no option to lower it. However, with the notification to stir halfway through cooking, you can relax!
The fries with minimal oil really come out like fried. I have never eaten a juicier chicken breast fillet! It doesn't dry them out at all, but they're not like boiled either. The photos say it all.
I also tried pizza with thin dough, Italian style. Perfect cooking! And the times are exactly as stated. I hope it lasts over time.

Το μόνο ενοχλητικό θα έλεγα είναι ο ήχος που κάνει όταν διαλέγεις πρόγραμμα, θερμοκρασίες, χρόνους κλπ, είναι κάπως δυνατός και δεν έχει επιλογή χαμηλώματος. Όμως με την ειδοποίηση για ανακάτεμα στο μισό χρόνο του μαγειρέματος ξενοιάζεις!
Οι πατάτες με ελάχιστο λάδι βγαίνουν πραγματικά σαν τηγανητές. Πιο ζουμερό φιλέτο στήθος κοτόπουλου δεν έχω ξαναφάει! Δε τα στεγνώνει καθόλου, αλλά δεν είναι και σαν βραστά. Οι φωτογραφίες τα λένε όλα.
Δοκίμασα και πίτσα με λεπτή ζύμη, τύπου ιταλική. Άψογο μαγείρεμα! Και οι χρόνοι ανταποκρίνονται ακριβώς. Μακάρι να αντέξει και στο χρόνο.

This is the first air fryer I have bought and I am absolutely satisfied. Very easy to use and economical (it doesn't consume as much electricity as a regular oven). The food is like in the oven and in some cases even better, like the chicken I tried which keeps it juicy and doesn't dry it out. I definitely recommend purchasing it.

Convenient with large capacity. I had the 8-liter one from the same company and got this one because of the larger capacity. A pleasant surprise was that it is quieter than the previous one. For the 3 of us, it has been very convenient

The good news is that this particular fryer cooks exceptionally well. The bad news is that it stopped working after less than 2 years. It was still under warranty, and Skroutz replaced it. So far, so good; these things happen—that's what warranties are for. The bad news is that the replacement appliance arrived, worked once, and on the second use the touch buttons stopped responding. I have no choice but to send it back and wait for another replacement.
Update 17/9/2026: The machine was replaced and a new one arrived, but to my great surprise, it doesn't work. It will have to be replaced again.
Update 15/10/2026: The replacement was replaced, a new machine—and guess what: THIS ONE DOESN'T WORK EITHER!!!!!! This is clearly a faulty batch, but nobody is withdrawing it. I will now ask for a refund; we've been dealing with replacements for almost 2 months.
Update 21/10/2026: The official response from the service department is: “We would like to inform you that the Air Fryer R2882 has been inspected and is functioning normally, with no technical problem detected.
Specifically, the touchscreen, as well as all the buttons and the L-R functions you mentioned, are responding normally. To activate this particular function, you need to double-click, as was determined during the inspection of the appliance.”
On the internet and in the official user manuals published by the importing company (Vassilias SA) for the Rohnson / Ravolta R-2882, there is no official public announcement or documented user report of a mass software change requiring a double-click. The official English User Manual for the R-2882 specifically states the following about operating the double baskets: “If it is in double-basket mode, you need to click L or R first and then click...”. The word used is “click” (a single press), not “double click”.....
How am I supposed to know what applies when the same model has been working with a single press for 2 years????
Τα καλα νεα ειναι το συγκεκριμενο fryer ψηνει εξαιρετικα . Τα κακα νεα ειναι οτι μετα απο λιγοτερο απο 2 χρονια βγηκε off . Εντος εγγυησης και το Σκρουτζ το αντικατεστησε. Ως εδω μια χαρα , συμβαινουν αυτα , γιαυτο υπαρχουν οι εγγυησεις. Το κακο νεο ειναι οτι ηρθε η συσκευη αντικαταστασης , δουλεψε μια φορα και στην δευτερη χρηση τα touch κουμπια δεν "ακουν". Αναγκαστικά την επιστρεφω πισω και αναμενω νεα συσκευη.
Update 17/9/2026 : Εγινε αλλαγη του μηχανηματος και ηρθε καινουργιο , αλλα προς μεγαλη εκπληξη μου δεν λειτουργει, θα πρεπει να γινει εκ νεου αντικατασταση.
Update 15/10/2026 : Εγινε αλλαγη της αλλαγης , νεο μηχανημα και μαντεψτε: ΔΕΝ ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΕΙ και αυτο !!!!!! Εδω μιλαμε για προβληματικη παρτιδα αλλα κανεις δεν την αποσυρει, πλεον θα ζητησω επιστροφη χρηματων, ταλαιπορουμαστε εδω και σχεδον 2 μηνες με αλλαγες.

So, I have had it for a year and it developed a fault in one of the bins! It showed that it was open and so the machine did not work at all! I spoke with the store where I bought it and they brought me a new one since it was under warranty! I hope it doesn't have this problem again! The 5 stars are because the machine is very good in general and because the service was extremely helpful and they replaced it immediately!

Έδειχνε ότι είναι ανοιχτός και έτσι δεν δούλευε καθόλου το μηχάνημα! μίλησα με το μαγαζί που το είχα αγοράσει και μου έφεραν καινούργιο καθώς ήταν εντός εγγύησης! πιστεύω να μην βγάλει ξανά αυτή την ζημιά! Τα 5 αστέρια είναι γιατί το μηχάνημα είναι πολύ καλό γενικά και γιατί στο σέρβις ήταν εξυπηρετικοτατοι και μου το αντικατέστησαν αμέσως!
I didn't expect it, but the truth is that I am really excited. It's perfect! Very easy to use and to clean. I have used it countless times since the first day I got it. I recommend it 100%

Everything was good, the food was very tasty... The chicken fillet couldn't be juicier... The only negative is that it needs double the time than what the manufacturer gives in the programs...

Easy to use and clean. I ran it empty a few times without food and the factory smells went away. The only annoying thing I would say is the sound it makes when you select a program, temperatures, times, etc., it is somewhat loud and there is no option to lower it. However, with the notification to stir halfway through cooking, you can relax!
The fries with minimal oil really come out like fried. I have never eaten a juicier chicken breast fillet! It doesn't dry them out at all, but they're not like boiled either. The photos say it all.
I also tried pizza with thin dough, Italian style. Perfect cooking! And the times are exactly as stated. I hope it lasts over time.
Εύκολο στη χρήση και στο καθάρισμα. Το έβαλα να ζεσταθεί μερικές φορές άδειο χωρίς φαγητό και έφυγαν οι εργοστασιακές μυρωδιές. Το μόνο ενοχλητικό θα έλεγα είναι ο ήχος που κάνει όταν διαλέγεις πρόγραμμα, θερμοκρασίες, χρόνους κλπ, είναι κάπως δυνατός και δεν έχει επιλογή χαμηλώματος. Όμως με την ειδοποίηση για ανακάτεμα στο μισό χρόνο του μαγειρέματος ξενοιάζεις!
Οι πατάτες με ελάχιστο λάδι βγαίνουν πραγματικά σαν τηγανητές. Πιο ζουμερό φιλέτο στήθος κοτόπουλου δεν έχω ξαναφάει! Δε τα στεγνώνει καθόλου, αλλά δεν είναι και σαν βραστά. Οι φωτογραφίες τα λένε όλα.
Δοκίμασα και πίτσα με λεπτή ζύμη, τύπου ιταλική. Άψογο μαγείρεμα! Και οι χρόνοι ανταποκρίνονται ακριβώς. Μακάρι να αντέξει και στο χρόνο.
Perfect in everything... I had bought a previous model which developed a problem and I returned it to the store where it was purchased, given that there was a valid warranty. I got this one and I am very satisfied... If you want a reliable air fryer with large capacity, this is exactly what you need.

This is the first air fryer I have bought and I am absolutely satisfied. Very easy to use and economical (it doesn't consume as much electricity as a regular oven). The food is like in the oven and in some cases even better, like the chicken I tried which keeps it juicy and doesn't dry it out. I definitely recommend purchasing it.
Είναι η πρώτη φριτέζα αέρος που αγοράζω και έχω μείνει απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος. Πανεύκολη στη χρήση και οικονομική (δεν καίει τόσο ρεύμα όσο ένας κοινότοπος φούρνος). Τα φαγητά είναι όπως και στο φούρνο και σε μερικές περιπτώσεις ακόμη καλύτερα, όπως το κοτόπουλο που δοκίμασα που τα κρατάει ζουμερά και δεν τα ξεραίνει. Σίγουρα προτείνεται η αγορά της.
Just like the previous Rohnson model I had, this one also smells incredibly like burnt plastic during cooking. Unfortunately, the smell goes away after about 20 to 30 uses. Also, while in the previous Rohnson 10.4lt we had, the frozen round pizza fit comfortably, in this one that is supposedly larger at 12lt, unfortunately, it does not fit
Οπως και το προηγουμενο μοντελο Rohnson που ειχα, ετσι και αυτο μυριζει απιστευτα καμενο πλαστικο κατα την διαρκεια του ψησιματος. Η μυρωδια δυστυχως φευγει μετα τα 20 με 30 ψησιματα περιπου.
Επισης ενω στην προηγουμενη Rohnson 10,4lt που ειχαμε η κατεψυγμενη στρογγυλη πιτσα χωραγε ανετα ενω σε αυτη που υποτιθεται ειναι πιο μεγαλη 12lt δυστυχως δεν χωραει,
Excellent machine! The first one I got, and I have no complaints, excellent and quality, big and beautiful! Εξαιρετικό μηχάνημα! Το πρώτο που πήρα, και δεν έχω παράπονο, εξαιρετικό και ποιοτικό, μεγάλο και όμορφο! Όσον αφορά τον τρόπο ψησίματος όμως, σε σχέση με τον κλασικό φούρνο, που αφορά όλες τις εταιρείες, και το τονίζω, δεν λέω για το μηχάνημα, αλλά για τον τρόπο ψησίματος, δεν έχει καμία σχέση στην γεύση, ο κλασικός φούρνος παρέχει μακράν καλύτερη γεύση! Ευκολία παρέχει, ναι το παραδέχομαι.
