Users find it a simple, easy-to-use phone with large buttons and loud sound, making it suitable for older people. However, several users point out problems with the speaker or sound quality, while the automatic answering feature when opening the lid doesn’t suit everyone.

I didn’t get it for an elderly person; I use it myself as a second phone. I’m quite satisfied for the price. Apart from the fact that it doesn’t have a second screen on the outside, which I wouldn’t expect at this low price, two other small negatives I could mention are, first, the microphone sound is not of very good quality and is somewhat annoying, and second, the menu doesn’t have some options that my previous basic phone had, which was a Nokia.

A very good and simple mobile phone for an elderly person!! Easy-to-read letters, loud sound, and the only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that it answers calls automatically when you open the flip, and I would prefer to have the option to choose whether I want to answer (unless I just couldn't find it in the settings).

Very good phone for elderly people. It has loud sound and large buttons. The battery lasts depending on usage, about 2-3 days. It does not have an emergency button, although the description says it does. I will definitely get another one now that it is still available.
