I didn’t get it for an elderly person; I use it myself as a second phone. I’m quite satisfied for the price. Apart from the fact that it doesn’t have a second screen on the outside, which I wouldn’t expect at this low price, two other small negatives I could mention are, first, the microphone sound is not of very good quality and is somewhat annoying, and second, the menu doesn’t have some options that my previous basic phone had, which was a Nokia.
