Very strong backbone which feels somewhat strange as it doesn't allow you to feel the very soft full synthetic bristles... it's a brush that doesn't struggle even with hard soaps and easily creates lather, but as an overall experience the sensation it leaves is odd... Yes, it does the job but you don't really enjoy it much, since the bristles are stiff and you feel them on your face 'like springs'... I have some experience with badger brushes but also synthetics like Yaqi, even 30mm in size, which focus on the soft feeling on the face first and then everything else... here unfortunately we are far from such an approach and that's why 3 stars...
