- Before first use, wash the bakeware with warm water, dishwashing liquid, and a soft sponge.
- Grease the interior of the bakeware with oil or butter before each use.
- Do not overheat the bakeware when it is empty.
- Low or medium temperature is sufficient to achieve the best cooking results. The maximum temperature should not exceed 230°C.
- Do not fill the bakeware more than 2/3 of its capacity to avoid overflow.
- Allow the bakeware to cool and then wash with warm water and dishwashing liquid.
- Use kitchen tools made only of wood, plastic, or silicone for a longer lifespan of the non-stick coating.
- Never cut food inside the bakeware with sharp tools.
- Do not use acidic foods (e.g., tomato juice, citrus juice).
- Avoid substances that stain the bakeware such as saffron, turmeric, mustard, etc. In any case, staining of the bakeware from the above substances is not a defect, does not affect the quality of the bakeware, and does not produce toxic or other dangerous substances for the human body.
- Using parchment paper will extend the lifespan of the bakeware and the non-stick coating.
- Prefer hand washing to ensure a longer lifespan of the bakeware.
- Do not use metal sponges, wire, or harsh cleaners.
- The non-stick coating complies with the regulation for materials that come into contact with food.
