The SpeedBox 1.1 allows doubling the speed limit of an e-bike with a Shimano assistance system, from the initial 25 km/h up to 50 km/h. When in use, the actual speed will be displayed on the screen up to 22 km/h. After that, the speed indicator stabilizes and continues to show the same value even at higher speeds. The motor's electric assistance is disabled when reaching 50 km/h.
