Construction:

The body of the fuse is made of solid steatite, which is very resistant to thermal loads. The aluminum covers are resistant to corrosion. Inside the ceramic body, there is a copper fuse element, which is secured to a specially prepared interior part of the blade contact. Additionally, the interior of the ceramic body is filled with silica sand with carefully defined granulation. The blade contacts are made of copper and brass, and are protected by a layer of silver.
