it was the best wfm purchase I ever made. at first it was used as a pregnancy pillow because I couldn't sleep without support, then as a nursing pillow and finally as a pillow where I put the baby on to give him his bottle. just as a nursing pillow, it worked better for me to have it untied and put it around my body myself and place the baby where I wanted, now at an older age the infant fits inside when it is tied

Personally, I bought it as a nursing pillow and not for sleeping during pregnancy. It is very large and when I tie the string at the back, the baby sinks into the gap created between the pillow and my body. Maybe it suits larger-bodied people, but I say this with reservation.
