    The headphones are excellent in sound and together with Dolby Atmos they are something else.

    The problem is the build materials. It is a heavy headset and after a little while it starts to hurt at the top where it rests on the arm.

    Unfortunately, as you can see in the photo, these opened up in less than 6 months of purchase.

    I returned them to the supplier and they told me it was due to misuse on my part.

    Huge disappointment. I have had headphones since 2019 that have not suffered anything and suddenly "it is misuse"....

    Unacceptable service....supposed warranty!

    After communication with Corsair headquarters in the Netherlands, I sent back the defective part and today I received a brand-new one.

    The Corsair team are professionals and I am changing the rating to 5, due to the service and replacement of the defective model since it was within warranty.

    Personally I am a fan of their products, not only because I like them visually but because they are particularly functional and effective, from mice, keyboards and now this Headset!

    I highly recommend it.
