I got these from this company, 6 bottles in total with the cap on top, when we were drinking the anti-reflux. The nipples worked for us with these milks, even though sometimes it would choke... now it doesn't work for us anymore, the baby (boy) is 11.5 months old and after 8 months he drinks regular milk... he drinks water from a straw and a cup with a straw, and yet this continues to choke him, resulting in me starting and stopping or many times annoying the child... I haven't gone above nipple 3... not to mention it makes a mess for the baby because it spills... additionally, these are difficult to wash without the cap underneath and the glass ones (they hold milk at the bottom)... out of frustration, I threw them away and kept two of the six glass ones...
With another company's nipple that flows when the baby sucks, but is not recommended for anti-reflux (maybe it clogs), it's perfectly fine and I have nipple 4 and it needs more...
