Very good value for its money, especially if bought under 200 and especially close to 150. Let's be realistic, the speaker is far from similar category speakers from JBL and Sony in sound quality and build quality, something reflected in the price and the frequent "discounts" that SoundCore offers on the product.
But as with everything, everything is subjective. Let's start with the basics. The external build quality is quite decent, nice matte plastics that feel good in the hand, the handle feels sturdy and the speaker has a nice weight (I expected it to be much heavier from the photos). Internally, the quality is very average, I won't elaborate here as anyone interested surely didn't wait for a Skroutz review to look it up.

    Now the sound:
The sound is not balanced at all out of the box, it's very bass heavy with the BASS feature and "characterless" when that's off. Note that I'm not an audiophile, but having experience with the Xtreme, Boombox line from JBL, it feels very compressed in a sense. It doesn't have that JBL feeling where the sound spreads throughout the whole space around. It feels excessively one-directional. It improves quite a bit with the equalizer but always to a reasonable degree, don't expect miracles. From 85-90% and above, the sound quality breaks up quite a lot and is very muffled.

The radiators are very beautiful and combined with the RGB control give a nice party vibe (if that's something you're looking for).

All in all, as I mentioned before, the speaker offers something very value for money. I think it would be excellent if it had the feature of the JBL Xtreme 4 with the easily replaceable battery. For me, don't just look at the 140W and say it's immediately worth it for you, but weigh exactly what you're looking for in a speaker.
(as with other reviews, I will update if I find something negative as it's still very early for me).
