I have been using it for about three years and I am very satisfied with the results. One thing I don't understand... why did they change the packaging??? The nozzle is very narrow, resulting in the product getting blocked and needing something like a pin, for example, to get the serum out.

It loses one star because of the packaging... the hole in the front is very small and gets clogged. The previous packaging was better.

I used it a few times, it had a sticky texture, but I could get past that. However, on my sensitive skin, it didn't "match," I got small little pimples as a reaction to the ingredients.
